You want to build something excellent without compromising what you believe. But few people in your world understand that tension. The church doesn't always speak to Monday morning. Your business peers don't share your foundation. And carrying that alone gets heavy.
What We Believe
work is worship
Your company isn't separate from your calling — it's one of the primary places God is forming you and using you.
The Builders & Believers Network exists to help Christian leaders integrate faith and work with clarity, courage, and community. We're founders, executives, and entrepreneurs who believe Jesus is Lord over every area of life — including the businesses we build.

We were a group of individuals who were tired of navigating our faith and business in isolation—trying to honor God in the workplace while feeling like no one else understood the struggle. We were tired of choosing between faith and work, tired of pretending they were separate. So we built this community. A place where Christian entrepreneurs and leaders could gather without judgment, learn from others who've walked the path, and discover that we're not meant to do this alone. We're here to remind each other that our work is worship, our business can be discipleship, and what we build matters to God. This isn't just a networking group—it's dedicated believers building something meaningful together.
